We had a crisis today, we took my 10 year old son to get his haircut at an establishment I won’t name and they absolutely botched it! He was so upset and I was devastated for him! I decided to take him here hoping they could fix it. Marissa was so sweet and understanding. She explained to us what would have to be done to fix it which unfortunately was way shorter than my son likes his hair but she was great at making him feel confident despite the crappy situation. The final cut looks amazing, she really worked her magic! She really listened and understood he likes his hair longer so she cut it in a way that it will grow out evenly and look good as it grows longer. I was sad to hear that she’s leaving sports clips soon but she suggested another stylist for us once he’s ready for his next cut. The silver lining of this whole situation is we found where we will be going to get his hair cut from now on. I highly recommend them especially if you have a little boy!
